Vacuum carpets
Vacuum and mop hard floors
OFFICE AREAS (daily)
Empty waste bins, replace and remove bags to disposal point
Damp wipe outsides of bins as required
Damp wipe/dust/polish cleared desks, lamps, under filing trays and sundry desk items as possible
Damp wipe/sanitise telephones in rotation
Damp wipe coffee spillage from walls as possible
Dust/polish wooden furniture, window ledges, fire extinguishers and radiators to normal hand height as accessible including pictures
Spot clean finger marks from glass partitions/doorways
Vacuum all carpet areas including under desks and chairs
Vacuum soft furnishings as necessary
STAFF ROOM (daily)
Load Dishwasher and turn on, at end of cycle unload and place items in cupboards as possible
Damp wipe outsides of cupboards as necessary
Clean/polish sink unit and wipe tops of surfaces, ledges and pipe work
Empty and damp wipe outsides of bins
Vacuum all carpet areas including under tables and chairs
Vacuum upholstered furniture
Dust/ damp wipe/ polish all tables and desks etc
Dust/polish wooden furniture, window ledges, fire extinguishers and radiators to normal hand height as accessible including pictures
Clean insides of refrigerator once weekly
Clean Microwave inside/out
Clean/polish sink unit and wipe tops of surfaces, ledges and pipework
TOILETS /CLOAKROOM (daily)
Vacuum and mop floors and empty waste bins
Machine scrub floors in rotation
Disinfect toilet bowls
Clean/polish hand basins inc. tap fittings
Clean/polish both sides of toilet seats and lids
Clean mirrors as required
Damp wipe exteriors of pedestals as necessary
Damp wipe splash backs and tiled walls beneath hand dryers once per week
Damp wipe pipe work and cisterns
Replenish toilet rolls and soap (rechargeables) from stock
STAIRS (daily) inc Corridors
Vacuum hard floors
Hand scrub nosings in rotation
Dust/polish banisters, railings and skirtings in rotation
Dust/polish fire extinguishers and ledges
ENTRANCE HALL (daily)
Vacuum hard floors
